Travel Arrangements

Arrival date for Commercial and Cross-functional teams is September 11, and September 12 for Head Office teams. All participants are scheduled to depart September 15.

** Once we have your information, you will be sent flight itineraries that have been predetermined based on previously set transfer schedules. Should you choose to extend your stay, you’ll be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation back to the airport, as well as handling any changes to your travel itinerary.**




Accommodation

If you are a member of a Commercial or Cross-functional team, your hotel room at the Fairmont Le Château Whistler will be booked for the dates of Monday, September 11 to Thursday, September 14, 2023. For Head Office participants, these dates are Tuesday, September 12 to Thursday, September 14. 

** Any requests for hotel extensions must be made directly with the hotel. All extensions will be at your own expense and are subject to availability. Should you extend your stay, you will also be responsible for arranging your own return airport transfer. **

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the travel information you submitted. Please review these carefully to make sure that the information is accurate
