Welcome to the registration site for our upcoming meeting in Montreal, Quebec! 


We are looking forward to helping you prepare for your trip. To get started, check out the tabs above for details on travel, accommodations, and the flow of events onsite. Once you’ve reviewed it all, click the “Register Now” button and fill in the form.

TRAVEL

Flights

Commercial and cross-functional teams will arrive in Montreal on Sunday, January 21 and depart on Friday, January 26. 


To expedite the booking process, Vi-Vân, and Kaitlin from The Event Agency (TEA) are working directly with AMEX to reserve your flight for you, based on availability, cost, and scheduling. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have registered. Please make sure to review and confirm your personal information for accuracy within 24-hours of receiving your confirmation to avoid extra charges.

Airport Transfers

Shuttles will be provided to and from the airport. Depending on traffic, the drive should take about 30 minutes.

Detailed shuttle information will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Extending Your Stay

Should you choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation back to the airport, as well as handling any changes to your travel itinerary (ex: alternatives to cancelled flight). 

ACCOMODATIONS

You will be staying at the Marriott Château Champlain, located in downtown Montreal. Our meetings throughout the week will be taking place onsite at the hotel, unless otherwise specified. All rooms are single occupancy and ONLY for the use of Lundbeck employees.
